Via Palma is the historic pilgrimage route from Acre to Jerusalem, utilized by hundreds of thousands of pilgrims during the Middle Ages, akin to the famed Santiago pilgrimage route. This journey, which spans approximately 10-12 days, unfolds in three primary segments. It offers pilgrims a chance to seek clarity, connect with their inner selves, rejuvenate their energies, and explore answers to life’s profound questions. Pilgrimage serves as a spiritual practice and process, yielding positive and occasionally unexpected outcomes.
The initial segment of Via Palma, known as the “Physical,” encompasses the city of Acre and the trek from Acre to Haifa. The second segment, referred to as the “Soul,” traces the stunning coastline of Israel, starting from Atlit. The third segment, the “Spiritual,” stretches from Jaffa to Jerusalem. An additional part of the journey in Jerusalem and its vicinity includes a two-day walk to the baptismal site in the Jordan River. We invite you to join us in this distinctive experience.
